The political drift is real, the scene is smaller and more committed, and you should price in some uncertainty. If you can hold both things at once, Tbilisi remains one of the great value plays anywhere.

Left bank, Fabrika orbit, quietly cool
Best for: Creatives, Fabrika regulars, better value
The old German quarter around Fabrika, cheaper than Vera and closer to the action than Vake. Aghmashenebeli Avenue is touristy; the side streets are not.
